Q) Where do you provide Services?
A) Currently we provide our services in Bangalore, Chennai, Trichy & Edinburgh (Scotland).
 
Q) Do you host Events in other Cities / States than mentioned above?
A) Yes, we do as part of our Outstation Package with additional charges for Transportation / Accommodation as applicable. We have hosted events all over Tamilnadu (Madurai, Nagercoil, Velankanni, Hosur, etc…) and can travel to any other City / State as long as the Outstation expenses are taken care by the Customer :)
 
Q) How do I Book an Event?
A) Please follow the Below 4-Steps:
Step-1: Call us to provide with Basic detail such as Event Date and if decided on the Venue / Theme / Package / etc…
Step-2: (Optional: only if you want to meet us in person) Schedule a meeting based on our mutual availability
Step-3: Confirm your requirement so that we can email the Booking Details with deliverables, Total cost, Booking Advance & Payment process.
Step-4: Transfer the Booking Advance to formally have us on-board for the event execution.
 
Q) Is Meeting in person Mandatory to book an event?
A) No, in person Meeting is not Mandatory. In fact, 60% of our customers coordinate with us via Phone & Email and meet us only on the Event Date :)
 
Q) What is the Payment process?
A) Booking Advance Amount is Rs.5,000 (To be paid via Online Transfer / Cash / Card Payment). The Balance Amount needs to be paid on the Event Date by Cash before the Party starts.
Note: For Events with higher Total Bill Amount, an Advance Amount of up to 50% of the Total Bill should be paid before the Event Date.
 
Q) What happens after I Book the Event by paying the Advance?
A) After we receive the Advance, we Book the Artists / Entertainers / etc… for the event. Our Event Managers / Design team will start coordinating with you for necessary details.
 
Q) How many days in advance should we book for the Party?
A) It is recommended to book us as early as possible for effective planning & delivery. On an Average, Customers Book us 1 month in advance before the event date.  We have had Bookings 4 months before the event date as well as 1 day before the event! :)
Depending on the Package & our availability, we might be able to take-up late bookings. Check with us for last minute planning and we will try our best to provide our services!
Note: In 2015, we hosted 324 Events almost @ 1 Event per day. Not a Sales trick, but there is a good chance that we might be Booked-Out on a given date and hence request you to Block Us at the earliest :)
 
Q) What is the Cancellation Policy?
A) In an unlikely scenario of Event Cancellation, we will refund the Advance after deducting the cost incurred (if any such as Designers / Printing / Artists / Entertainers / etc…) as of the Cancellation date. We do understand that an Event Cancellation might be due to some unforeseen emergency scenarios and we will do our best to refund either the Full or the Maximum Advance amount received.
 
Q) Do you host birthday parties for Adults or is it only for kids?
A) Yes… We do host birthday parties for all Ages!
